The north end of Wonder Lake in Denali National Park is one of the most beautiful places I’ve experienced and holds so many special memories for me.  Wonder Lake sits around 2000 feet in elevation and Mt. Denali towers over the landscape over 20,000 feet above sea level. Clouds often shroud the Alaska Range and clear mornings like this one are rare. The autumn colors and gentle mist create a stunning display of true wilderness.
